i’ve heard mixed reviews about home kit teeth whiteners, ut just wondering what your views are? i clean my teeth 3/4 times a day and have never had any fillings/braces or anything but they still seem to be naturally yellow )= i’d really love white teeth but just can’t afford to have it done at the dentist atm so just wondering if anyone has any home kit recommendations. they have to be purchasable in the uk & uf you have an idea of price that would be useful too.. thankkkkks
I used Crest White Strips and they did wonders for me. I did the 21-day program, but now they have shorter timeframes, like 7-day. I’m not sure of pricing or availability in the UK, but I would highly recommend them. If you find them too expensive, I’ve heard the brushing with Peroxide can help. US cost is less than $1.00 a bottle. Good Luck.
