What is a good way to whiten your teeth at home for a very cheap or even free and works very fast?
so I'm using currently whitening mouthwash .. and have been using a whitening toothpaste for a long time and yet has not been doing the trick. so maybe you could give me some advice? thanks

I loved and I could then one week difference. You may have to do something more than a box kit 14 days, depending on how your teeth are stained. After use, you may need to make a team every 6mos or simply to for a touch, as we are always stained teeth with food and drinks. wash The reason whitening toothpaste and mouth does not work is not sitting bc in the teeth for a period of time. You need something that will stay on your teeth with bleach for a little while to get the chlorine to set in.
