Best Cheap Electric Toothbrush
What is the best and cheapest way to whiten my teeth???
I am a smoker and a drinker of red wine. (Sorry if this offends you in any way) My teeth and gums are in good condition but I would like them to be a little whiter.
I brush regularly using an electric toothbrush and well known brand of toothpaste. Any advice would be appreciated. Many Thanks
in all honesty, it’s certainly not the cheapest way, but it’s the safest and best way…and that is to visit your dentist
you can buy those kits from ebay or boots, superdrugs etc…but the safest way is to have your dentist whiten them
there are two ways
either by laser which takes approx one hour and costs up to £500, or a cheaper way is to have them do a home kit for you…which is still better than over the counter products, because the trays are moulded to your teeth and your dentist will be monitoring your progress
of course, the best and cheapest way is to give up smoking, you’ll be surprised at how much your teeth will whiten after you’ve quit
even if you have your teeth professionally whitened, unless you quit smoking, the effects of the whitening wont last that long
