Bruxism Jaw Pain
clenching jaw (bruxism?)?
hello. i think i clench my jaw when i sleep because i wake up with a sore jaw, teeth aches and migraines. i went to the dentist and theyre making me get a night gaurd which i’ll be picking up in a couple of days.
the question is: can clenching your jaw cause ear pain? and make you feel tired throughout the day? i’ve also been getting tingly feelings around my jaw. i dont have any sores or growths in my mouth or anything.
thanks
I think I have this too – it happens more when I’m eating, but my jaw keeps popping.
What did you say to your dentist?
