Help!! I grind my teeth so hard at night. I have TMJ pain. Has anyone tried cureforbruxism.com??
I have TMJ and very tight muscles from grinding my teeth. The pain is unreal. It affects my quality of life. I use Takara Japanese Detox pads to control the pain and they do work extremely well. I just get tired of sticking pads to my face every night.
I want to STOP grinding while I’m asleep. I know everyone says it can’t be done, but there must be a way! I don’t give up easily.
I am skeptical of the cure for bruxism website. I can’t find mention of it on TMJ boards and I can’t find reviews of the program anywhere. I just thought I’d post here for the heck of it.
I have a night guard, yes. I paid $400 for it.
I just grind on it and clench hard on it when I sleep. This protects my teeth, but it doesn’t stop the grinding. Also it doesn’t stop the tight muscles or the pain.
I have been clenching/gfinding since fifth grade. This has nothing to do with medication. But thanks for the ideas. I was hoping someone would answer about the website.
you need to take some muscular relaxants to flex your muscles. Need to, psychiatric check up.
