Bruxism Treatment
Causes of awake bruxism?
For the past month, I’ve been grinding my upper front teeth to lower teeth. I’ve worn them down to the degree where I see the difference. I also feel like my tongue is uncomfortable and doesn’t know where to rest. My lower wisdom has fully erupted recently, which is the only significant change. Could this be the cause, or something else. What are some possible treatments?
I have the same problem, only we ourselves can make it stop, try not to think and stress too much about things.
I am currently having a dull ache on my right side, probably wisdome tooth because of the grinding but not sure & am going dentist tommorrow to get it checked out, but since the dull ache i have stopped grinding, the thought of pain or extractions etc just puts me off & that is enough for me to stop grinding, its not impossible to stop, you can do it
Just think of the aches & pains you will get if u carry on, its not worth it but the main thing is we can control it, might look like we cant but we really can, we all are humans and we can & do have the power to stop this, good luck to ya.
