Clench My Teeth
ok to clench teeth with bottom and top palet expander?
i just got my bottom palet expander in today and i have a top one too. the bottom one is annoying me alot and the only thing that can help is clenching my teeth (biting them together really hard). is this ok to do? will it mess up my expanders?
As long as its not touching the expander when your clenching you’re teeth down, I would say its okay.
But you can’t do that all the time.
You’ll get used to it though.
