Can we use whitening tooth paste at 14 years old?
Hey, I’ve heard that whitening can remove our stains and whitens our teeth. Are we to use it twice a day or a month? And at the age of 14 years old, can we use them? Does whitening tooth paste really work? its like the same price as normal toothpastes here (e.g. Colgate)
No problem using whitening products at age 14. Whitening toothpaste is mainly advertising hype. The amount of change you will see will be minimal at best. It is usually more expensive and not that effective. Buy an actual whitening agent and follow the direction. You may experience some cold sensitivity, but this will pass quickly. Good Luck
