Dental Mouth Guard Grinding
Please help with suggestions with my husband…….?
…..and his HORRIBLE teeth grinding. We have tried everything……he just spits out the mouth guard things in his sleep, we practice relaxation exercises, I have tried ear plugs. Head phones block out the noise but then I’m awake jamming all night, lol 
Its so loud that it keeps our kids awake if their doors aren’t shut. I don’t want to sleep separately as he works nights and we only get to sleep together 2 nights a week. His mom says he has always done it. He tends to talk in his sleep if he is stressed and only grinds his teeth when he is really tired and gets into a deep sleep.I know I should post this in the dental section but figure I’d get better advice from all the wives out there. I know we can be pretty inventive when we have to be I just can’t figure this one out and need your help ladies. And husbands advice is welcome too, of course.
Have him use denture grip on the tooth guard it will help hold them in.
He doing damage to his teeth. he will in time break and chip his teeth.
