Dental Water Pick
is this safe? or was it too little cals?
Tomorrow im going to skip breakfast and lunch and have a big bag of pick and mix (fizzy sweets and jellies only) at the cinema around 5 30ish and maybe a saag bhaji vegetable dish from my Indian. (that’s basically spinach lightly cooked) .
ill have water throughout the day.
will i be too far under on my daily calorie quota?
fizzy/jelly sweets don’t actually put weight on , despite being junk for you do they?
especially if im skipping breakfast and lunch.
im 16 6ft and weighed 96-97 lbs this morning. before you mention how unhealthy that is please address the above questions.
can i afford to eat another veg dish from the Indian, how many cal will i be on around?
also what are the disadvantages of the sweets i like apart from dental obviousness ?

yes, jelly sweets do turn into fat in the body. Sugar in the bloodstream converts to fat. Not eating breakfast or lunch will make your metabolism sluggish which means your body won’t be working for you efficiently.
There are other problems too. High doses of sugar cause your body to produce high levels of insulin which stimulate you to crave even more sugar. Too much insulin too often can lead to insulin resistance, which is a precursor to type 2 diabetes.
Also if you skip breakfast and lunch you are denying your body of alot of its daily dietary needs such as protein, calcium, fibre, minerals, vitamins etc etc.
You should eat at least 3 meals a day! and go easy on the sweets.
