Electric Toothbrush Damage Teeth
Is it ok to brush your teeth more then 2min?
will brushing your teeth for more then 2min cause enamel damage? i use a electric toothbrush and i just feel 2min ain’t enough and im sure we all agree when we wanna keep our teeth white as possible lol.
Yes it’s fine, I have been doing 4 mins for over 7 months because I have braces, but to strengthen my enamel and not wear it out I use Listerine Total Care. It helps to strengthen the enamel and like any other mouthwash it cleans. So far I have had no problems with my teeth.
