how do i clean my retainers?
i always get this white residue, its nasty, i try to use an electric toothbrush to clean it off but i cand, any advice, do i just need to brush them more?
Well, I have an expander so I can’t take mine out. I have to use a waterpik to clean it. A waterpik is an electrical thing that has a little tub for water and when you turn it on, fine water comes through and you can choose the power of the force. I can’t really explain it. Anyways, I really recommend a waterpik to clean you retainers. I hope this helped!
