Electric Toothbrushes Compare

What are the advantages of a sonic oral B electric toothbrush compared to a professional care toothbrush?

Is the sonic technology better for your gums? Does it really matter? Or do the high end electric toothbrushes pretty much deliver the same? I have bad receding gums, probably from adding too much pressure, so I need a good good toothbrush if I want to keep my teeth for a long time.

I LOVE my sonicare toothbrush. It’s the Cadillac of all toothbrushes, but that is my opinion.

As for brushing, you could use a toothbrush from the dollar store and be fine…. as long as you do it correctly (45 degree angle at the gumline) and for two minutes at a time, twice daily. Be gentle with your gums. :)

Oh, floss daily and get regular maint. appointments at your dental office. :)
