I swish with peroxide at night for 10 seconds to kill germs and I suppose it does whitten my teeth a bit. Sometimes I make a ‘paste’ of baking soda and peroxide, gentle enough to use every day if you wish!
Also limit your coffee comsumption, as well as dark wines and cigarettes/cigars. Always try to brush after comsuming.
