Interplak Dental Water Jet
My dental health sux?
Three years ago, I got a fixed bridge(3 teeth) and the rest crowned. (uppers).
But I neglect burshing and flossing is almost impossible up top.But I am scared something might happen to my gums or crowns and I want to have a good dental routine, before something happens, the hygenist told me to forget the floss and use the interplak water jet system. I bought it, but seriously, I get it done better in the shower.. just opening my mouth and also smiling into the water comming down on me.

You have made quite an investment in your teeth. You really do need to brush and floss to protect this investment. Otherwise, you will end up with gum disease and/or recurrent tooth decay under your crowns and bridge. This could result in the need for gum surgery and/or root canals. I’ve done thousands of root canals on teeth with crowns so your tooth/teeth can still be saved. However, it will require more of a financial investment.
Also, you may consider one of the motorized tooth brushes such as Sonicare or one of the OralB models. They are very effective.
