Meridol Toothbrush
Does the mix suggested by Dr. Paul Keyes make your gums receed faster if you have periodontal disease?
I’m too scared to brush my teeth with salt… i use a soft electric toothbrush and meridol toothpaste which is nice and soft so this seems a bit extreme to me.

don’t use anything that you have doubts about….however, rinse with luke warm slat water (only 1 pinch of salt in 1 glass of water)….salt kills the germs.
You are right, you shouldn’t scrub your teeth with salt…the grains will erode the enamel…..
