Today I received a bill in the mail stating that the insurance company did not pay any of it, so they want the full 250 dollars. I called the insurance company and they said that my plan doesn’t cover this and have a record of the call from the dental clinic from the day I went in. They have the name of the person who called and what was talked about in the conversation. They dental office basically called to find out how much coverage I have left in this year and that is it, according to the notes. The night guard coverage was not discussed. The clinic says that they called and the insurance company approved it.

I don’t feel that I should have to pay this because I think the dental clinic is at fault. What are my options?
