Night Mouth Guards For Teeth Grinding
Teeth Grinding at night, help me?
OK, my dad said that i grind my teeth every night when i’m asleep. I told this to my parents, but they just keep on saying that it’s OK, and just pray to God and it will be gone, i searched this kind of teeth grindin’ questions and to cure it you have to wear a mouth guard or visit a dentist. OK, since no one wants to do anything about it, I need to know how can i cure my teeth grindin’ habit every night, if possible, no mouth guards, or dentists, i will do it for myself, I’m just 14 so i need some easy and simple ideas that works every time. If i can’t do anything, what will happen to me? I really don’t know why this is happening to because i have a pretty good teeth, and it’s align perfectly, maybe there is a problem about my jaw or something. Please Help!

My mother still struggles with this condition. The term to define this condition is TMJ (TemporoMandibularJointSyndrome). What happens in this is that one begins grinding their teeth and if this persists one’s teeth may erode. Other symptoms include jaw pain, difficulty swallowing, and jaw opening limitation. However, there is no definitive cure for this only treatments that alleviate it. I highly recommend that you apply a steamed cloth upon your jaw, intermittently. Suggestion would be 3 times a week. If however you don’t embrace this action, your teeth grinding will progress to jaw pain and chewing difficulties. In the meanwhile, the teeth grinding has to be immediately treated with a a custom fitted mouth guard. A custom mouth guard is expensive, which can be purchased with the consent of a dentist. Nevertheless, there are cheap ones that you can purchase at a sports department store. However, I highly recommend a custom fitted because it will surely accomodate your mouth resolution. My mother stabilized her condition, and now there is no pain, and the teeth grinding diminished. Lastly, reflecting off my mothers condition, your condition relatively is not advanced yet, and should be treated to maximize treatment.
