Should i brush my teeth at school?
I am going to start brushing my teeth 3 times a day.How can i brush my teeth 3 times a day when i’m at school?I am planning on putting my toothbrush,mouthwash, and tongue scraper in a ziplock bag (i don’t have floss because i have a oral-b smart-5000.It has built in flossing).I know i can brush it, but how am i supposed to spit out toothpaste and mouthwash?I don’t want to go to the restroom because i heard it’s unsanitary brushing in public restrooms.So what should i do?Also if a ziplock bag is bad tell me the best bag for a toothbrush.
Absolutely, brush your teeth at school. Just go in the restroom and brush at the sink. Rinse the sink well so the next person has a clean sink. Brushing is a healthy thing to do and you will be glad you did! Ask your dentist advice re the zip-lock bag. I wish more kids had your courage. You may inspire more kids to do this. Your school nurse will be supportive of this plan!
