Orthodontic Mouthguards
Cures for Bruxism/teeth-grinding?!?
I grind my teeth at night and suffer in the day as a result with headaches neck and jawache which while being unpleasant, causes a lack of concentration, something I can’t afford in my GCSE year.
Any suggestions? Non-medical would be better although I’d still appreciate medical suggestions, too. I’m rubbish with tablets! Maybe there are some exercises that would help. I’d appreciate any help you can give me. 
btw: please don’t recommend a mouthguard. I know it may help but I wear an orthodontic retainer at night which i’m told protects my teeth from damage. Anyway, often mouthguards only prevent damage rather than the actual teeth-grinding.
NTI, look up the website, find a Dentist who does them, get one. I use it, its great.
