plaque search on tongue wont come off help?
so i used one of these tablets called plaque search on my teeth this morning most of it was clear but after i rinsed it it came off my teeth but not my tongue it wont come off help??
how long will it take i need to get rid of it fast as i am going out in a hour
take a wet wash cloth and use it to rub your tongue,not too hard..then rinse & do it again until it is all gone
you can also try to brush it & rinse repeat until it is gone
sometimes a rinse of 2 tablespoons of Hydrogen Peroxide & 1 cup of warm water rinse can help
DO NOT SWALLOW IT…. it can make you sick
I hate those plaque search products because they do what happened to you..now you know where it is,,make sure you pay extra attention in those areas rather than use those products anymore
