Teeth whitening products..?

I would like to know if the Platinum Dental Whitening System works, I’ve seen reviews on the internet but I don’t really know if I should trust them. I don’t wanna be scammed.
Also if you have any information/recommendations for some other teeth whitening products you have tried that would be great. I have also had my eye on the Crest 3D professional White strips but I’ve heard that they make your teeth really sensitive. What have your results been?
