I GOT MY BRACES ON TODAY WHAT DO I DO?
i just got my braces on today and they look nice, but they feel uncomfortable. and i realized that getting the rings on was worse than getting the spacers on cuz the rings are metal and they pushed it too hard and made my gums bleed. after all that crapp they gave me a goodie bag that contains a list of what i can’t eat, a tooth brush,a small tooth brush with a plastic container?, a ANTIBACTERIAL BRISTLE PROTECTION ProxaBRUSH TRAV-LER (wdh is that?) , a G-U-M EEZ-THRU Floss Threader (and wdh is that crapp) and PreviDent Gel by Colgate and the caption on the box for it says, Non-abrasive formula is gentle on teeth and gums( and pls explain what that is too) and last is, well i don’t kno what it is cuz its not labled but it is in a small plastic container and there r small wax sticks there r about 5 of them ..wut the hellll r they for ?
cant’s eat- listen to them on what you can’t eat. you will get stains on your teeth.
tooth brush- make sure your brush your teeth every day.
proxy brush- this is a special brush so you could brush in between your brackets everyday.
floss threader- this is a little loop that aids in getting the floss through your braces. make sure you floss everyday. if you don’t, your gums will get puffy and they’ll have to do surgery to remove the gums.
prevident-helps protect your teeth against cavities.
wax- this one is awesome. your brackets will scratch against your lip. you could put the wax to protect yourself when you get a cut.
