Bad breath?
The only problem it’s in tight places like bus or subway and I go daily with these things and spend more then 3hours daily in them the problem is the bad smell I INTENSIFY in it
Dunno what to do
Been at dentist gaved me some shit things sux(did not work)
I brush 3 times a day teeth 2 min each brush + tongue(althou I have a bitt white tongue very back of tongue cant reach without to throw up)
Also I floss
I use some HOME MADE Mowthwash wich is:
In a small glass of water mix 1/2 teaspoon salt and
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
I have a problem I also want to put some weight on so I eat like many things like eggs/milk/meat
Also cause of this I dont do “FASTING” cause like I eat 6 times/day
Cant help it but still want to have a good smelling breath plz help!!
I have the perfect solution, it will even keep you from having morning breath.
Get some sesame oil (not toasted) or sunflower oil.
1st thing in morning, BEFORE EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING)
brush your teeth (stay away from flouride toothpaste, Jason organic is great)
Take 1/2 – 1 TBSP in your mouth and swish around squishing through teeth, all around. Mixing the oil with your saliva.
I know it sounds gross, but it works.
Do not swallow any of it. After 10-20 minutes of this (no less, the longer the better) spit out in sink and wash mouth out. Brush again.
Make sure you rinse sink out good as this stuff has become toxic, they say.
Drink at least 8 oz of water afterward.
Do this again before bed (brush, swish, brush) No morning breath….it’s amazing.
Make sure you haven’t eaten anything for 3-4 hours or drank anything before doing, for 1 hour.
This will also whiten your teeth after a little time.
