crest white strips?
i just got some preimun crest white strips… i already have a oral b soft britstle brush, a basic one. / listerine mouthwash, the original kind. / johnson company reach floss. / colgate total toothpaste…
it comes with a special whiteing toothpaste and mouthwash, do i use these or should i stick with my stuff already? i hurt my finger trying to open it, how do i open the crest white strips? it comes in a plastic thingy that is annoying. after that how do i put them on? how many times do i do it? do i use the special toothpaste and toothbrush or keep using my stuff?
Most whitening strips are used twice a day for 30 minutes at a time. You just open the little sleeve they come in, one for the upper and one for the lower teeth, then lay them along your teeth so the top edge just reaches your gumline. Then bend the strip over your teeth so it covers the back of them as well. It’s not as important to bleach the inside since it’s hard to see that area, but they should fit.
You can’t eat or drink while they’re in and depending on the strip you may be told not to drink for a short time after you take them out. You can use whatever toothpaste, floss, mouthwash and toothbrush you like. The whitening toothpastes don’t work nearly as well but the whitening strips are almost as good as what a dentist would do for you, but much cheaper.
