Gnashing of teeth … guard recommendations?
All recommendations are for teeth grinding guards? I can not afford Version dentist. I've heard of the boiling-N-Bite … anyone who has experience with that or any other ideas? Thanks!
Hi, I have really used only nightguard sold by my dentist. I grit my teeth at night and without for just a couple of nights and I ended up needing another treatment canal done. My dentist uses the bulk material available to it and makes a mold of my first tooth. I recently had one done and the cost was $ 110.00. (Wisconsin) it was higher (up a little gum) that I've had in the past and that was because some people say they come out at night. I've never had problems with any of my last 5 or so guards who come out at night. Also, can not sleep without it I know the consequences. I've had other new developments due to new landfills, the loss of a part, and the discoloration and loosen up a bit after some time. In a pinch I tested the type of tooth whitening kit dental tray plastic it was not a good alternative for me.
