What teeth whitening method you think is better, the laser or the gel trays?

I refer to the dentist whitening options. My teeth are badly stained, but things at the counter was not doing anything for me. I'm leaning towards laser because I have fear of chemicals gel in the trays from being absorbed into my gums. And what's better price wise? What are your thoughts?

I would say that the trays of gel control the amount of time you bleach or whiten your teeth, and can do at home when ever you want and can touch up the teeth as usual time is often necessary with custom trays, but the laser light that bleaches faster, giving the gel end anyway, the material in the tray / gel used is mostly peroxide, and when the laser is used the same applies to the teeth befor you put the light on them to eather way, the peroxide is sitting on your teeth. My advice go with trays that are less expensive than laser and can be used again and again over time get the same result
