Teeth Guard For Sleeping
Why am I not supposed to wear a night guard for my teeth if I am under 18?
I am 16 and I believe that my teeth are grinding at night when I sleep. On the box for the nightguard it says not to wear a nightguard if you are under 18 years of age. What are the possible consequences of wearing a nightguard now?

The night guards at www.totalgard.com are meant for 15+. I would recommend checking them out .. they have affordable prices and their night guards are amazing .. they helped me when I was 18.
