Teeth Whitening Kit Comparisons
Does anyone know any good, cheap teeth whitening kits for home in uk appropriate for sensitive teeth?
I know its a long shot but i have sensitive teeth and I dont want to damage them further but I do want some sort of whitening treatment past my sensitive whitening toothpaste. Any ideas? Has anyone seen any articles, comparisons, had any experience etc? Much appreciated.
Please BE CAREFUL – I have recently attended a lecture for “Bleaching” and there was a women who brought a home whitening kit from Boots and burnt all her lips and gums, she now suffers with extremely sensitive teeth, although she didn’t before.
If you already have sensitive teeth, get professional advise first from your dentist – if you cannot afford to have the whitening done in the surgery they will recommend what is the best course of action – maybe it could be as simple as getting your gums healthy again as this is the only cause for sensitive teeth. Using a sensitive/whitening toothpaste will help, if you drink large amounts of caffeine or smoke this will hinder the process, please take care and seek professional help first before using home bleaching kits, remember it is in the name “bleach” that is what you are using and putting in your mouth.
