Professional teeth whitening for teens?

Hi, I am 18 years old and would like to get professional teeth whitening done. i have to pay for it myself, so i’d like to spend the maximum probably around 400 dollars. where should i go? is this safe? and how white can they get? i’m so excited. i really want white teeth. i’ve tried crest white strips, and many other whitening products, and they’ve worked great – but i want REALLY, white teeth – like noticeable white teeth. where should i go? i live in central jersey, so the farthest i’d go would be like new york city – but i’d prefer if it were in jersey. and most importantly, how much would it be? and how good would it be…like how white? thanks so much. i appreciate ALL responses. thank you.
