Teeth Whitening Nhs
In the usa are crooked teeth considered “bad” teeth ?
I have noticed on YA regular insult thrown at people from the UK is that we have Bad teeth. This is a bit lost on everyone I have asked about this.
The only difference I have noticed in teeth is that our teeth are more crooked than americans and that americans have lots of whitening procedures.
I myself have moderately crooked teeth, I asked my dentist about it a few years ago he told me that the NHS (National Health Service) only pays for Braces if you cant eat, or close your mouth. I was also told that as long as I brushed my teeth correctly I shouldn’t have any problems.
So in the usa would my teeth be considered “bad” teeth ???
Dewey D, Our teeth arent very crooked, they just dont all line up exactly like most americans do.
I understand most children in the US have braces so I would guess we are about the same on the Crooked teeth front, we just dont have ours fixed.
Basically anything but straight, aligned white teeth are considered bad teeth, but there are different levels of bad teeth. Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with teeth being slightly crooked.
