what kind of whitening strips work the best?

i’m young, but my teeth are stained from a combination of smoking and coffee. i want to get them at least 4 shades whiter (preferably more) i’m going to order them online, but there are so many different kinds! any suggestions/reviews would be wonderful. thanks in advance!
