Unwaxed Floss
Can dental floss be used for sutures?
I know that left over suture material was used for dental floss many years ago. I’m wondering if new waxed or unwaxed dental floss can serve as a suitable suturing material..
I would not think so because it breaks too easily. Sutures do not.
